Florence's springtime all-night party has been set for April 30. According to the city's culture superintendent, Guiliano Da Empoli, the concept behind the evening is â˜creative insomnia.' Instead of high-profile, outdoor concerts and shows of the sort the city mounted for New Year's Eve, this party will feature numerous performances and concerts scattered throughout the city, all small and all top quality.
